Cameron is developing Cas13-based technologies for viral detection and destruction. In 2016, Cameron completed a PhD in Systems Biology PhD at Harvard University, jointly advised by Pamela Silver and Peng Yin, working at the interface of synthetic biology and nucleic acid nanotechnology. Nathan Paul Myhrvold (born August 3, 1959), formerly Chief Technology Officer at Microsoft, is co-founder of Intellectual Ventures and the principal author of Modernist Cuisine and its successor books. Myhrvold was listed as co-inventor on 17 U.S. patents at Microsoft and is co-inventor on over 900 other U.S. patents issued to his corporation and its affiliates.

Nathan Myhrvold is an applied mathematician, physicist, inventor, and technologist who currently does research in asteroid science, paleobiology, climate science, and food science. His recent work 2021-01-29 2011-11-07 Myhrvold has served as a member of the advisory board for Princeton's Department of Physics and as a trustee at the Institute for Advanced Study. He also has served on several other educational, charitable and civic boards, including the Children's Scholarship Fund, through which his donations have provided many scholarships for low-income families.
